Here’s How It Works... Every state of mind has a unique pattern of brainwaves—composed of alpha, beta, delta and theta waves—which can be measured and mapped. There are 4 CD's in this set: Alpha, Theta, Delta and the Awakened Mind Pattern. The Awakened Mind Pattern (the "Alpha/Theta" CD) was fashioned after the EEG pattern which showed up with meditators in a state of Samadhi as recorded by the British, Zen researcher C. Maxwell Cade. Dr. Thompson precisely reproduced this EEG pattern as a 15 layered brainwave entrainment soundtrack built into 3-D recordings of nature sounds using his unique "Phase Modulation" brainwave entrainment technique. This is the first CD to ever reproduce this EEG pattern of "enlightenment". It is beautifully and masterfully done.
