Basically this is an instructional DVD by Mark Rippetoe where he runs through all the core lifts and how to perform them correctly. (Squats, Overhead Press, Bench, Deadlift and Power Cleans)

This is your best friend whether you are new to weight lifting or a seasoned lifter.

And if you haven't heard of Starting Strength, and you're looking for a fantastic gym routine that will see your strength and muscle mass soar to ridiculous levels, I've added the Starting Strength (2nd edition) E-book underneath the DVD links.

I really can't recommend this program enough. I was squatting my own bodyweight within 5 months (thats 120 kilos, or close to 250/260 pounds I believe)

If you like the DVD and Book, then please purchase them like I did, Mark is a great coach and definately knows his stuff.

If you haven't tried the Starting Strength routine I BEG YOU to try it out.
