Couples Dance Tutorial ("Latin Dance Made Easy"): 31 min
These workouts are not for everyone, but they will be loved by a select few. The moves, when demonstrated in the Help section, seem doable and beautiful, but when the workout is moving full speed, I, at least, find it difficult to keep up. (It's something to work toward.) To be clear, these are fast-paced hard-core dance workouts that are pure cardio and core.
Even if you're not interested in working out, this torrent is worth downloading for the "Help" section alone -- which will teach a beginner simple moves that are nevertheless stunning to look at -- and for the beautiful and inspiring (and again, deceptively simple looking) couples latin dance instruction and demonstration.

If you have a problem with some of the footwork, you switch to "help", and then they slowly take you through the exact steps to achieve the correct footwork."

Note: The video quality for the two workouts is good enough to follow the workouts, but it's not great. The video quality for the couples demonstration is better, and the video quality for the "help" section is good.
